Coir Fibre Mats :
Coir Fibre mats are made up of 100% natural fibres. These natural, environmentally beneficial fibres are made from cocunut husk. These coir fibre mats can be produced on Power or hand loom. Fiber mats are well known for having sparse brushes made by interspersing coir fibre tufts between the strands. Available in a variety of sizes with different printed patterns that can be either bleached or natural.These mats are available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes.
PVC tufted (backed) Mats :
To manufacture PVC tufted (backed) mats, natural coir fibre is tufted into PVC backing. The vinyl backing assures very low fibre shredding qualities and provides anti-slip functionality. These mats have the advantage of being easily cut to any size or shape, resulting in a perfectly safe and secure edge that won't fray. These mats are available in a variety of thicknesses, including 15 mm, 17 mm, 20 mm, 23 mm, and 28 mm. PVC rolls with a maximum width of 2 metres are also available.
Rubber backed coir products :
Rubber backed coir products finds extensive use as flooring material.It is produced by hot pressing compounded rubber made from recycled, natural, and synthetic rubber or their mixtures on the reverse side of coir items like mats and matting.These mats are available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes.
